Visitation: Monday, April 18, 2011, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Dobmeier Funeral Home, Barnesville, Minnesota. Visitation resumes one hour prior to the service at the church. Service: 1:00 p.m. " Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Barnesville, Minnesota Raymond Ray Christiansen, age 65, a resident of Barnesville, Minnesota, died on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Essentia Health of Fargo. Raymond Francis Christiansen was born August 9, 1945, in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, the son of Coletta Hilgers. Ray graduated from Barnesville High School in 1963. He was united in marriage to Barbara Liebelt on April 23, 1966, at St. James United Church of Christ in Barnesville. Ray worked for several area road construction companies. For the last 31 years, he worked for Aggregate Industries as foreman and superintendent until the time of his death. Ray enjoyed working, fishing, ice fishing, and gardening. Friends and family were often found in Rays garage enjoying a game of cards. He liked going for drives and attending auctions. Ray loved spending time with his grandchildren. Ray is survived by his wife, Barbara Christiansen, Barnesville, MN; daughters: Cindy (Brian) Ullrich, and Shelly (Tobbie) Krueger; son, Robert (Cheri Larson) Christiansen, all of Barnesville, MN; grandchildren: Trevor Krueger, Danielle Krueger, Joshua Ullrich, Natasha Ullrich, and Riley Christiansen, all of Barnesville, MN; sisters: Shirley (Tom) Summerville, Fargo, ND, Terrie (Jerry) Lindsey, Eden Prairie, MN, and Linda (Pat) Gorman, Savage, MN; and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Coletta; step-fathers: Vernon Christiansen and Kenneth Heinbush; and infant brother, Robert V. Christiansen. Blessed Be The Memory Of Ray Christiansen
