Kari Beth Froslie

Kari B. Froslie, 47, Baker, MN died at her home on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, October 10, 2016 at Little Bethany Church, 45216 100th Ave, rural Barnesville, MN with Rev. Randy Whitehead and Rev. Stephen Streed officiating.  Burial will follow in Little Bethany Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Dobmeier Funeral Home in Barnesville with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.  Visitation will also continue for one hour prior to the service on Monday.  Kari Beth Albertson was born July 5, 1969 in Moorhead, MN to Edwin and Carolyn (Bakke) Albertson. She was baptized and confirmed at Golden Ridge Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND. Kari attended Moorhead Public Schools. Kari married Brett M. Froslie July 1, 2006. They resided on a farmstead by Baker, MN. Kari worked for 17 years at Eventide in food services and in January started working at the Fargo VA, where she loved her “veterans!” Kari is survived by her husband Brett; 3 daughters: Brandie (Dustin Hedin) Albertson; Tessa (Andy Hall) Albertson; and Taia (Chase Oren) Albertson; 4 grandchildren: Sean, Christopher, Allison and Ayden; her mother Carolyn Albertson, Moorhead, 2 brothers: David Albertson and Mark Albertson; 2 sisters: Vikki Albertson and Shannon Albertson; her father and mother-in-law Steve and Linda Froslie; and Brett’s family.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Edwin in 1997 and her grandparents.
