Donna Jean Haberle passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 96. She was a resident of Assisted Living at Edgewood Manor in Rapid City, SD.
Donna Naeve was born on April 28, 1929, to Theresa and Kyrwood Naeve in Salinas, California. The family lived in Pipestone, MN, before settling in Rapid City when Donna was five years old. She graduated from Rapid City High School in 1947 and married Frank Radlinger the same year. They raised six children together before divorcing in 1970. Donna married Ralph Haberle in 1976 and they resettled in Barnesville, MN, where they enjoyed life together until Ralph passed away in 2002. She returned to Rapid City to spend her remaining years closer to her South Dakota family and friends.
Donna was a member of St. James United Church of Christ in Barnesville, and was involved with quilting, crafting, and Literary League. She enjoyed fishing with Ralph, gardening and visiting with friends and family.
Donna is survived by her son Dennis Radlinger, Belle Fourche, SD; step-daughter Sharon (John) Bergh, Fargo, ND; daughter-in-law Deb Radlinger, Rapid City, SD; sisters: Marian Ziltner, Enumclaw, WA, Betsy Eidsmo, Oak Harbor, WA; grandchildren: Shelley (Shawn) Folk, Amos (Drew Ames) Radlinger, Margaret (Mike) Friend, Travis Hoekstra, Joni (Mike) Arvin, Jay, Kevin, Brian, Jason, and Michael Jr. Radlinger, Lisa (Jon) Hanson, Monique Bergh, Brandy (Josh) Pagley; many great-grandchildren whom she loved and treasured; Charley and Gwen Ray; and other beloved nephews and nieces.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband Ralph; daughter Teresa (Bart) Elliot; sons: David, Richard, Daniel, and Michael Radlinger; step-daughter DeeAnn Raumann; sisters: Helen Allore, Phyllis Jeffers, and Shirley Wagner.
A service was held in Rapid City, SD. A local service will be held later this spring on a date yet to be determined. The service will be at Dobmeier Funeral Home in Barnesville, MN with burial to follow at Rosemound Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Dobmeier Funeral Home, Barnesville, MN, and Kirk Funeral Home, Rapid City, SD.
